Trained in Law and Business Administration (dual degree, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid) and with a Master's in Auditing from ICADE, I've built my career across auditing, corporate transaction advisory and investor relations, working with listed companies —many of them in the TMT sector— on corporate governance, shareholder meetings and M&A transactions.
I'm currently part of the Strategy & M&A team at Telefónica, one of Europe's major telecommunications groups, alongside university teaching as an adjunct professor at ICADE, where I teach Microeconomics and Macroeconomics.
Outside of work, I write and produce music under the name Sebas Mata, collaborate on cultural projects and take part in social volunteering.
